Rain Gambling

Yes, you read that right. In Asia they love to gamble and it seems that anything can be an object of speculation. In Battambang, they gamble on the time it will rain! The gambles sit in hammocks and deck chairs on the roof of a building and what the clouds building on the horizon and place their bets. It has to rain a certain volume for the winner to be declared. There are even people out in their cars with radios, reporting what is happening closer to the clouds!
